On episode 001 of the re-launch of Mountain State Views, host Steven Allen begins a four-part series with the top four Republican candidates for governor of West Virginia by sitting down with Del. Moore Capito, R-Kanawha. Capito is the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, son of U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and grandson of the late Republican Gov. Arch Moore. The Race for the Dome series asks each candidate a series of eight public policy questions to see how they would tackle some of the state's major challenges.
