In episode 005 of Mountain State Views, Huntington Mayor Steve Williams joins host Steven Allen Adams in the Capitol Press Room to discuss officially jumping in to the race for governor of West Virginia last week as he seeks the Democratic nomination. The two discuss his background, the challenges of running as a conservative Democrat in a red state, and some of the issues Williams will tackle as the state's chief executive.
Williams is a three-term Mayor for the City of Huntington, a former Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, and a businessman with a background in finance.
